Which wood do you use for your furniture?

Our furniture (most of them) is made of particleboard and MDF. We import boards from Europe that is known for their superior quality. The boards are then finally laminated, varnished and edge sealed at our factory.

Can you make furniture as per the specifications we give?

Our factory is totally computerized and is designed for mass productions. It is not possible to make as per the specifications unless it is of huge quantity.

Can an individual customer buy directly from the factory?

We do not sell directly from the factory. For product availability, pricing and ordering, please contact your nearest dealer which you can find from our Store locater

You will get a replacement for that particular part alone and will be an exact match.

Where can I get the replacement parts for the furniture?

Replacement parts like panels, hardwares, glass etc… could be purchased through the furniture dealer where you had obtained the furniture.

Does Zuari furniture have warranty?

Zuari currently offers an assured warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defect. Complaint regarding normal wear and tear and not used as suggested will be undertaken at a cost. The warranty excludes commercial use.

How do I get problems such as damaged, broken components etc...

Any problems that you may experience with your furniture can be resolved by the dealer. If you still are not satisfied please call the customer service number in your territory which you can find in this website.

How is the delivery taken care?

The delivery is undertaken free of cost within a specified area. Please consult with the dealer at the time of purchase.

How do I dismantle and assemble the furniture while moving to a new house?

You can contact the nearest Zuari dealer, not necessarily the same dealer you had purchased in case you have moved to a new city, which you can find in the Store locater. The dismantling and assembling will be done at a very nominal cost.
